Request a Scholarship

If you would like to be considered for a scholarship, please complete this form. We have a limited number of scholarships available for the retreat, which will be approved on a case-by-case basis to recipients selected at the sole discretion of the GMSR Board of Directors.

Scholarship recipients are asked to arrive at the camp at 10am on Friday, June 2, to assist in camp setup and plan to stay at the camp until 3pm on Sunday, June 4, to help with tear-down and cleanup. Please arrange your rides accordingly; we can assist with carpooling if you indicate you need help with a ride.

Please note: all scholarship recipients are asked to contribute a minimum of $50 toward their own scholarship.

Partial Scholarship Contribution

It is GMSR's goal to help as many people as possible attend our retreat. One way we accomplish this is by providing partial scholarships, encouraging applicants to contribute a meaningful amount towards your scholarship registration. Everyone’s financial need is different, so we ask you to thoughtfully consider what amount you can contribute towards your registration. If approved, you will be asked to make arrangements to pay this partial amount before the retreat begins. Thank you!
