21st Annual Live & Let live Lesbian Round-Up

CONFIRMATION LETTER

 

This is your official confirmation for the Round-up!!  Check in begins at 1:00 p.m. on Friday the 23rd in the Hospitality Suite.  Dinner will be at 6:00 in the Dining Hall.

 

Sandwich makings and snacks will be in the Hospitality Suite for late comers.  Snacks, Coffee, Decaf and Teas will also be available throughout the weekend. 

Hospitality is open 24 hours.

 

We have lots of exciting workshops and speakers this year.  Friday night you will have fantastic entertainment from Sideswipe Music.  Saturday afternoon we will have Yoga with Lori.  Saturday night, after the speaker meeting & countdown, there will be a drum circle led by Judy B. from Long Beach.  Bring your drums.

 

There are places to hike & mountain bike if desired.

 

Bring Board games, Cards and what ever else you like to do for leisure time in the Hospitality Suite.  Bring your change for Poker!!

 

We never know what the weather will be like until that week so come prepared.  It has ranged from 80 degrees and sunny to 30 and snowing.  (If it snows, call the highway patrol to see if chains are required.)  We only have had snow twice in 18 years.

 

Cabins house 8 – 24 women.  Bring warm clothes, gloves, flashlights, beach chairs, sleeping bags or blankets & pillows, personal hygiene items, and bath towels.  Bring sodas or other desired beverages in a cooler or there is a refrigerator in hospitality you can use also.

 

Cabin ASBURY HOUSE will be reserved for Special Services.  Cabin BUD WILLIAMSON is reserved for the speakers and their guests.

 

There will be fluorescent signs with LR and directional arrows on them that will lead you from the 4-way stop in Julian to Camp Cedar Glen.  As you get closer to the camp, the Camp Cedar Glen signs will also guide you to the camp.
